By accessing or using ChronoCypher ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ChronoCypher provides tools to encrypt files in your browser, configure vault delivery rules (such as time-based or life-check unlock), and store encrypted data using third-party infrastructure including permanent storage networks. Features and availability may change with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

• Keys & passwords: You must safeguard your decryption key and Legacy Certificate. If you lose them, we cannot recover your plaintext files.
• Beneficiaries: You are responsible for beneficiary contact details and instructions you provide.
• Lawful use:You may not use the Service for unlawful content, to violate others' rights, or to circumvent security.

ChronoCypher is a product of DAPP CDN LTD, the company behind dappcdn.com. The Service is provided and billed by DAPP CDN LTD. Paid features are billed as described at checkout. Taxes may apply. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our service fee from purchase date. Arweave storage/network costs are non-refundable once data is published. This does not limit any mandatory refund rights required by applicable law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHRONOCYPHER AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

You will defend and indemnify ChronoCypher against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The Service relies on third-party providers (e.g. hosting, email, payments, blockchain storage). Their terms and practices may apply in addition to ours.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitations, indemnity) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. For venue and jurisdiction, the courts competent for ChronoCypher's place of business apply unless a different mandatory rule applies to you as a consumer.
